Tauranga Result: Prudentia Sixth on Testing Ground

Prudentia finished sixth in Race 7 at Tauranga on Saturday, 27 June. The event was a BM75 over 1400m run on a Heavy 10 track.

From barrier 1 at 54kg with Masa Hashizume in the saddle, she ran on strongly through the testing card, but did not have her usual kick in the home straight. Rocking won by 0.89 lengths; Prudentia crossed the line 4.59 lengths back in sixth.

A fuller yard report with trainer and jockey comments was to follow after the race.
